• Families: Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• 5 mph speed limit in campground.
• No littering.
• No glass containers in or near river.
• No campfires under trees (Fires in fire pits & BBQ pits only). These are provided.
• No discharge of fireworks or firearms. No hunting on site.
• Quiet time 11 p.m. till 8 a.m.
• No loud music anytime.
• No offensive language or behavior.
• Cabins and campsites must be kept clean and neat at all times.
• Pets allowed on leash only. Violation fee is $50
• No smoking within cabins. Violation fee is $250
• DAMAGES: A minimum $250 fee will be assessed for damages to cabins, main residence, or any belongings on the premises or neighboring properties.

• Two car limit per site.
• Maximum of 6 people per site.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required
Balance is due upon arrival
(For Major Holidays - 14 days prior to arrival)

• Occupant checking out prior to the end of time reserved
• Canceling because of weather (unless roads are closed)
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date
  (Deposit will be refunded 50% is accommodations are re-rented for the entire cancelled time)
• There is a minimum of $25 per unit charge for all cancellations
